You can pay your fee online with your credit card, when you are asked to do so. You can access detailed information on CIC website.

I cant access my husband's ecas either...his medical was done in march.....i dont know what the heck is going on.....so frustrated....waiting time is just killing....... :-\

This is my online status after that
my husband got kit in May 2013
he send back in June 2013
He got his medical in May 2014
I got letter to pay Right of PR fees in June 2014 from Etobicoke
and Today I got letter from Etobicoke for interview on 21 July 2014 at 8:45 am to Etobicoke.
Delhi haven't requested yet for my husbands PPR. waiting for that too... hopefully it will get clear too... Keep smiling and never loose hope guys... long wait... God bless you all....I will keep update my status here until my husband comes.

Now I am just wondering.....if my memory serves me good, you had some concerns regarding you marriage certificate from Gujrat...right??
How did that go?
and did your husband go through an interview because its not mentioned in your timeline..
(my surprise is you got fee request very next month after your husband's medical, and here we are waiting for months for the response from CIC)

sorry dear, please do not take it otherwise, as this forum helps everybody, going through the same process (yeah for some people like me, its like hell...) to predict the next step, keep our hopes high.

Ya you r right, I had couple of problems but they have been fixed. and my husband just did his medical and its updated on his ecas. and after that I got my PR fees letter and interview letter, there hasn't been any news to his application. I am thinking may be once I get done my PR interview then they will process his application, I am just guessing. Truth you never know, what they are doing. I think every application they handle very differently, so don't loose hopes that's all I can say dear.

I m really frustrated my husband didn't get anything even after 6 months.I sent an email enquiry to new Delhi but nothing yet.I called CIC here one lady put me on hold to assess information but the call got disconnected.I felt she was helpful.but not good luck.then I called again another lady was on phone.I told my whole story to her she just said that your husband should sent enquiry email to Delhi but not you.if you try 100 times they won't give you response because your husband is main applicant there.so he sould do it.
So please you advise me what to do ?

For inquiry of our husband's file.they r taking too long. I called cic
Nd agent told me it's all in Delhi embassy's hand
Let's see still how long they wll take,u all knw how India

dear!! you should contact your mp in your area. They can look into your case if something is wrong. try to convince them that u really need help. and
try to apply gcm notes so that you know the current status of your file.

I read the philipino caregiver timeline now, there I saw that if u haven't paid your landing fee ryte after your medical then they wll make delay your process. Is it true?? One girl there said, they didn't do anything when her husband had his medical but when she pay online her landing fee, ryte after she got her interview nd in same forum another girl was suggesting same??
I don't knw who true it is ????

I am wondering the same thing.... how come we did not know about that??? And I got so tempted that I pulled my credit card and went online to pay my fee.. and then right away something stopped me... I debated should I pay or not...... and I turned back... now I am thinking how much I have to pay since my kids are major now when I applied that time they were minors.. what to do.....what to do....should I pay or call cic to find out .....
