LIVE IN CAREGIVER FROM UAE (MAY-AUG, 2010)...LET'S CONNECT

Hi anybody from abu dhabi applicants for live in caregiver submitted on the second quarter of last year????? can you post in here and lets share what's going on with our cases..let share our worries. Mine is been 13 months from submission and haven't heared anything from them after the AOR. I did my query when I reach 12 months but no response with regards to the main query...so much worried now, what will i do?how long will it takes? it says 12 to 14 months but my application is such quiet as it is. LORD...give me strength!!!

hi lyne,,,thank you! and sorry i had just check this now, i lodge my complete application last 8th of July, 2010 and received the AOR on the 15th July same year. But until now, got NO instruction from CIC-abudhabi. I'l be on the 14th month soon and i wonder how long will this be...it's really frustrating that i had not heared any words from them. I'l still be patiently waiting (well, got no choice..) hope it won't be long, !!! Do you know someone with the same case as mine???? I'm hoping to hear also from others with the same timeline as mine.

hello there me too same situation, the worst thing is i didn't get a file number, and you can't even make an inquiry or follow up thru phonecall just by emails and with no reply...hope to get in touch with you guys,in case our papers are moving..

hi there, any news or update to your application, same with me still waiting for their advice.
i submit my application march 22, 2011,they received march 23, received my file number May 2011 and up to now still waiting for their advice....

hi ddhembie, when did you send your application? as i have read from the other forum it takes months now before a file number is being given. i hope you can received it in a few days time, to ease the stress of waiting...

and NUTZ, it's still a bit early before you can hear from them for now , i hope it is not as slow as mine that until now, still NO WORDS from them...let's hope for the best guyz. Continue praying for our journe to this!

@cnd wananbe: I sent my papers thru DHL last june 2010 almost a month before yours but got no confirmation from them just the sms from DHL that it was submitted. but from CIC I've got no file number or any replies from them. are they replying to your electronic email inquiry? i used it once aug 16 2011 but the reply is within 28 working days... i don't know if my papers are still moving smoothly or what..

Yeah that's what i read and heard from different people,very slow processing, hope things will change soon.thanks

@ddhembie; WOT???? until now NO AOR from them? , i'm sorry for that. so, we are likely the same timeline, i'm glad, atleast now i know im not on my own. But how can we possibly inquire them for your file number? i've tried their electronic inquiry twice already but still not the answer i expect to have...i'l be on my 15th month soon hoping to hear a shout from cic....yes, lets just hope the processing will be in progress for us.WE'LL KEEP PRAYING!!!

@ TO THE SENIORS,,,,PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE,DO YOU HAVE ANY INPUTS FOR OUR CASE??? we are on a hanging tree i assume...need help to shed light on this! thanks guys.

hi ddhembie, any update from your file number? do you received any answer after the 28 days?try to send email inquery to CIC-abudhabi again hope that they would look into your package..i've read from the other forum, they check their bank where they made the bankdraft if the payment was clear...maybe only way we knew if they received it. i'l try to do regular inquiry again this week hoping for an anwer....we'll get through this,,,in Jesus Name! He will continuously guide us in this...

i lodged my application on Feb 7 2011 and received AOR and file number on Feb 8. up to this date no update on my application.

yes processing time is 12 to 14 months so i have to wait till i can follow up my application.

hi jc3n3...thanks for joining..very much welcome! most of the applicants of 2010 are not moving. we didin't hear anything neither. Let's wait and see if one of this days one is moving..

yup got no AOR from them, do you guys think my papers are not moving? even with electronic email inquiry no luck. their landline are useless,. but still hoping we guys gonna hear from those people in abu dhabi...

hi guys,,today i receive an email reply from cic-abudhabi from the status enquiry i've made last july confirming that they received my emailed enquiry. It says there that their processing now is outside from the published processing time, rest assured that they will review the application in the shortest time they could. and inform if whatever instruction next...not so promising but atleast we know that the ball is rolling. I'm made up after i've read...Praise God for hearing our prayers!

so guys...pleased do continue your email inquiry and wait for a bit, they will make a reply on it.

@cnd Yes, I did once last aug 15 so still waiting for the reply... so you mean, you made an inquiry email last July then just now u got a reply from them? that was longer than 28 working days as posted on their website.. your news brings Hope to us.. yeah praise GOD... keep posting.
