Hi po... Panu po ba ang procedure pag sa pinas na Hintayin ang result ng visa application sa Canada.pag my passport request na po Ano po next na gagawin. Hndi po ba magkakaroon ng problema sa immigration?

Thank you guys..i passed my passport to them and my visa is running out of time.Last thursday i submitted my new contract here in phil consulate for renewal of contract because my working visa will end on 31 of january.and i got an email yesterday that i need to submit the passport.They asked me to write a request letter for them to expedite the process.I cant stay here in Hongkong without a passport here til jan 31.According to the officer of VAC it will take a week.And im hoping they could give me back after 3 days as what i heard from the ones passing their passports.And I really hope I can have a positive one despite of this complicated situation.

Well same ng sinabi sa akin it would take 1 week but after 3 days VAC called me up and my passport has already a visa. You just need to book a flight immediately after you got the visa. You are right, If you are finished contract automatically the day after your HK Visa expired, you need to exit HK. No extension. You can email the CIC and tell your situation regarding your status in HK if after 3 days if still your passport has not been returned. Congrats and Goodluck.

My employer filed appeal form... how long does it takes again..anyone knows it... im so sad thw cic decession..
