8am EST would be 5am PST (in Vancouver).

hi what if my fiance is in canada for a short period time? can he apply for a fiance visa? what if we have a child but were not married yet what visa would he apply for us to get us there in Canada?
 
@Keah: you are hijacking this thread. Please open a new topic or wait until the chatroom is open to ask your questions. Maybe you would like to start reading about your options first on CIC.gc.ca. There you'll read there are no such things as fiance visas for Canada.
