little questions??

Hi Senior;;
Big Greeting for everybody in this forum..
I have a little question about gather document and send it to visa office on London..
1. I apply under NOC 0213 (computer system manager) and i am preparing reference paper and its OK if i let I.T. department manager sign it; it will be enough?
2. Proof of funds i will try to print out statement for 3 months start from April to June; i should make a little operation to make it really or fixed money?
3. (notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers); my present contract the occupation is system engineer so it will be a problem? and the past job from different country and its not under NOC i should bring it?? :'(
4. (original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed envelopes); i am work now on different country but i have the original English certificate it will be enough to make a copy and stamp it from my embassy and Foreign Affairs or should get it from university with closed envelop??

please help on these topics!! ;D ;D

thanks a lot..

1. Any person who has the authority to sign your letter can. I guess it should be from the HR and if the company doesn't have different departments then your senior can sign the letters.
2. Proof of fund, read the visa office specific guide and accordingly send the documents. Always send what is asked so as to avoid delays.
3. Well in order to make you eligible, 38 Ministerial list or 1 year work exp in Canada or international student in Canada will make you eligible for Fast track FSW immigration. Other work experience falling under skill type, 0, A or B will make you fetch points maximum up to 21 points with make make you eligible for 67 points.
4. Better get it from universities and in universities seal closed envelopes. See the purpose for this is to avoid CHC from doing a check on these documents so as to avoid delays.

but Quest.3 its unclear?? i mean i should send my existing contract after translate to CHC or reference letter from the same company will be enough??
