Hello, i am Portuguese and willing to move to Canada, i am a machine operator ( Bulldozer, backhoe loader, wheel loader) with 20 years experience.
my questions are... would my Portuguese qualifications be valid in Canada???
Is there any kind of Qualification Recognition??
if so, where to find it??
