Listing addresses - IMM5669E

(Helping a friend here):

"For 6 years I have been living between the US and Canada. I am a US citizen and have a visitor status in Canada. My residence in the US is a family member's home. I own a house in Canada with my Canadian-citizen husband.
I am applying for my PR in Canada under the outland process.

Form 5669E:
Question 8 Personal History & Question 12. Addresses:
Do I list both addresses (Canadian and US) with overlapping dates?"

I told her that since she is only a visitor, she cannot list her Canadian address as a place she has lived at the past 6 years. That, she could put that info in her Proof of Relationship documents.

I think that they want to know where she has been for longer periods of time, I only for weeks maybe count that as a visit, but for months I would go with putting down the dates and the address

Its ok to list Canadian addresses as places you've "lived", either current or in the past, while on visitor status.
