Go on the DLI site and it will tell you. People need to do research.
I did a little research and Durham, Centennial, Seneca, Conestoga all these campuses show as PGWP available and they show as a single campus without any other campuses in partnership. So does that mean they're not affected by the new PGWP rules ? Sorry I was bit confused because the PPP collages still show as PGWP available. I think the site is not yet updated on that.

The private colleges associated with the public colleges are under a different name so they are the ones to avoid. Location is also be a warning sign. For example most PPPs are located within the GTA.

Thank you for your kind information.
I don't have any way to admit a 2/3-year program. Since there's no PGD Program regarding my criteria that is for above 1 year. All PGD program of my preference is based on only one year. That's why, I've to think of consecutive 2nd program programs as well.
A one year PGWP will make it almost impossible to qualify for PR. Even with a 3 year PGWP it is extremely difficult to get PR. We have not seen how the new policies will address students who want to take 2 one ear courses in the future. Will it continue to be once in Canada you no longer need provincial attestation and will you need to b counted as part of the cap. Sure there will be modifications and clarifications to the new policies baed on loopholes the mostly consultants and lawyers recommended to international students.

I looked into that too but above mentioned campuses are the ones i'm looking into and since all of them are public DLIs I hope i'm safe from new PGWP rules. Still not quite sure because I was planning to follow a 2yr PGD.

2 year gives you the best return on investment because that would lead to 3 years of PGWP. Conestoga seems to have a very high percentage of international students so I would be most reluctant to attend that school personally. The cost of housing and availability of housing should also be a big consideration when applying as an international student. The ability to secure a part-time job during the school year would also be a consideration. In smaller cities with a high number of international students the availability part-time jobs may be an issue. You have selected a lot of large cities which makes it easier to find jobs but also can make housing quite expensive. The other big factor is Ontario is having to downsize there amount of international students significantly. Would personally recommend international students consider attending schools in provinces like Saskatchewan for a much better chance of getting provincial attestation, lower cost of housing, much easier pathways to PR, etc.

Would strongly encourage you to apply to a different school. You are scheduled to attend a public private partnership so will be attending Trebas school in Toronto not Fleming. It is highly likely that students attending programs at private/public partnership schools will not be awarded provincial attestation and that many of these schools will close down or cancel programs because the majority of students are international students and if all the international students leave it isn’t feasible or lucrative to keep the school open or offer programs where enrolment is primarily international students. The schools may even lose their DLI status although that seems more likely in BC versus Ontario. Attending a public college will also make it easier to find employment in Canada since employers do not value degrees from most private schools colleges and universities.
So am i thinking because according to new news by canada.ca new enrolments will not be eligible for pgwp and i am also a student for may intake in ppp college and my college havent even started registraion enrolment process yet.it will start from 13th march 2024 which means i will also be counted in new enrolled student and will not get pgwp but the problem is all the colleges are closed for may intake and if i take refund and than reapply than i have to wait for the attestation letter.
Govt have created a lot of confuison and to add i recieved my visa on 30th nov they should have come up with these measures in november December only when students had the ample amount of time to change there colleges.

It is looking more likely now that those impacted will be the ones starting September and not ones who begin earlier, such as the May intake cases, especially with the more clarity about the change only starting from 1st Sept.

You never know because if you check canada.ca notices and newsroom they say new enroled students and if we go on their words than i am right now pre registered not enroled my enrolment will start in march and matter of fact there is no guarantee that these colleges will continue functioning.with the lack of funds sooner or later they will shut down so it is very dangerous situation for may intake students as well as for jan 2024 and sept 2023 students

The announcement on the 5th of February that you're referring to is more of "additional" information and not contradicting to the previous information that was made on the 22nd of Jan. Look up your college on the DLI list. On the 14th of Feb they made an update to it and you would likely see that you can click to see more "details" under the PGWP eligibility column. Clicking there will show the next page where it is again clearly stated: "You will not be eligible for a PGWP if you start a program of study at this campus on or after September 1, 2024."

It depends on which PPP you are going to, but if the ones operating it properly at not going to suddenly shut down most likely and would likely offer options to be transferred to the main campus when possible.
