I am sponsoring my wife to Canada. I am a Canadian citizen. I have collected following documents. Can anyone tell me which ones need to be certified?

1. Marriage Certificate (Need to be certified for sure)
2. Wife's birth certificate
3. Passport bio-page
4. Police clearance
5. Medical report from panel physicians.
6. Hukou (household register), Does every page needs to be translated and certified?

Also, am I missing anything here? Big thanks.
