Thanks Has002!!

Now few questions:

1. Any format given for Employment Records?
2. Difference between 'Offer of Employment' and 'Letter of Employment'?
3. I think Appointment Letter will work for 'Offer of Employment'
4. I think Experience Certificate will work for 'Letter of Employment'
5. I think Pay stubs/Ref letter from employer will work for 'Employment Records'?

Thank you Has002

Should we stamp the scanned copies by a notary?

Honestly don't know 100% about below, but i'm sure there were threads in this forum about below questions . If you give a search you should be able to find them.

Certified translation is a must I fully understand, but for the documents should they be stamped by a notary (approved by CIC) to say that he/she saw the originals.

I don't think that's necessary as long as your docs are original. If needed they will inform you. . (didn't hear about CIC approved notary) .

Official check list from CIC web site ,
FYI ,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

Thank you again Has

Record of Employment is Experience Certificate/Service Certificate if it mentions all the information as requested by CIC. If it doesn't then it is Ref Letter from employer on letter head mentioning required information like, designation, responsibilities, duration etc etc

Friends after age of 18, I stayed in multiple places like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai.. So, do I need to take PCC from each of these cities or only from Ahmedabad (where the stay was longest and which is my hometown as per Passport) will work?

Tried Googling.. CIC (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp) says 'from all Countries/Territories' where the person lived more than 6 months.. so not sure if PCC from all the state required..

Hope this help ,

As long as I know you need only once certificate which covering all places you stayed .

Just promotion letter is not sufficient , you need a letter with below details,
check this link : http://www.fsw2014.info/sample-reference-letter/

Letters Must Be:

written on company letterhead
signed by responsilbe superviosr
show companies full address
stamped if possible.
Letters must include:

Period of employment
positions you have held and time period for each
main responsibilities in each position
total annual salary plus benefits for each position
number of hours per week in each position.

Hi guys

My friend who applied under EE and got an ITA can't find her personalized document checklist. I am only familiar with FSWP from last year. Where can she find the persoanlized document check list?
