The information on CIC is as simple as it can gets, you just need to read everything very carefully. Please see the link below, you need to answer a few question about yourself and when you complete, it will automatically give you a full list of documents you need to submit and where and how to submit them.

Of course, it is your choice.
But be prepared - life in a foreign country cuold be quite difficult. If you could not do such a simple thing like getting information from a simplest site, maybe you should re-think about going to a foreign country.
