List of Countries that Canada DOESN'T require police certs from?

I came across a list of countries that Canada doesn't require a police cert from but can't find it now. Can anyone help out with that?

Are you sure this list indeed exists ?
I am saying that because Canada like USA has tightened its security screening thingy since 9/11 episode.
I don't believe there is any country where you aren't required to provide police certificate, I might be wrong though..

I'm certain I saw it today for sure...unless i dozed off at the computer and dreamt that the certs I'm waiting for aren't actually required and I can mail my app off now!! You could be right and I might have stumbled onto an old site or post...It was on the Canada Immigration site though for sure. Anyone else have any ideas on wait times for police certs from England and Bermuda?

I got mine for UK within a week, although you can ask for it quicker for a 2 day turnaround if you are willing to pay more.

Thx much...I found it..it's in the "inland" app...My head hurts! Why I was looking there I have no idea! I'm applying outland! Silly fish!!

Actually, what it says in the Inland instructions is a bit confusing. It does appear to mention somewhere that certain nationals do not need police clearance but I believe its worded confusingly.

What I do know is, as a British citizen, I had to send my UK police cert with my initial Inland application. It took 10 days to receive this from the UK (this was sent to Canada so probably a lot quicker being sent to a UK address).

To be honest, I doubt anyone would get PR without a clearance.
