Linking supporting documentation (police reports)

So I had a request to link a schedule A. Got my police report did the Schedule A and linked but can find no way to attach ,y supporting documents (RCMP check and FBI) am I missing something or is the website acting up. Urgently need an answer or I'll have to send a separate schedule a in the mail first thing tomorrow morning.

Log in to MyCIC. go to your linked PR application. There should be somewhere where it says "view submitted application". Im sure the area to upload is in there.

I have already done it so cant remember the exact wording/steps.

That’s what I’ve done, there is a box for it but it won’t let me do anything.
