I did, 4 times, and nothing.

All other details are correct, last name, UCI, application number, passport details, city of birth, not sure what it could be.

Well then, I'm stumped.

I hope you get it working soon.

Do you think they're still uploading the applications, which would explain why it can't be found, or they should all be in the system by now?

I am having a hard time linking. I already tried like 3 times. and I read this "wait 24 hours, as sometimes it can take time for applications to be entered into our system"

I was just able to link mine after 3 attempts - it was the same thing as everyone else, it wanted "2" as the number of people on the application.

This is possible.

I guess based on the second point in the message, wait 24 hours as it takes time for applications etc etc, it might be that not all applications have been entered yet... I don't know, I'm just not sure why this is happening.

I feel bad for you bro, I would be livid if my app wouldn't link after waiting so long.

Maybe it's a long shot, but is there a number you can call for technical issues with the site?

Worth a try, however, it is a Saturday.

after 4 attempts I finally linked my app. I don't know. I input the same infos during the first 3 attempts but 4th is the luckiest.

I think there might be an issue with the info we're putting in passport issuing country because in the application we put the country as the PA's home country, since it mentioned something about having to have the issuing authority the same as the nationality and it wasn't allowing us to put anything else, however it was actually issued where we live, which isn't the PA's home country.

Now I'm confused as to whether that's what's causing this issue.

My guess is yes it is what the issue is.

That is also going to turn into an issue with your application as well. If your application says the issuing country is her country of nationality and you send passport from different country for PPR this will be a problem.

I suggest you send a CSE to correct this ASAP.

How was PA able to secure a passport for a country she isn't a citizen in?

If PA has dual citizenship then you should of entered the passport issuing country as nationality as well.

No what I meant is that the issuing authority of the PAs passport on the actual passport is here where we live, which isn't the home country, but in the application we filled out we had to choose the issuing authority as the actual country of nationality.

They also have a soft copy of the passport so wouldn't the spot the difference?

Now I'm confused lol.

So PA is a national of country A. Has a passport issued by country B.

How is that possible? Dual citizenship?
