Linking January 2018 applications

Pls help!
Those who just link their applications how did you do it?

I tried all the possible combination that I saw in the forum in previous years... 2017 below...

The married to single stat- no result
The no. Of applicants -2- no result
Keeping blank- I can’t proceed if I leave some requirement blank
All my possible info combinations- still no result.

I tried using the ecas system and what’s in their says only they have received my application in Jan 4.
I need to link to check our next step most probably the schedule A and PCC requirement letter.
We also reported already the technical issue through email but it will take them 10 days to reply
Tried to call the customer service but it says due to influx of callers our call csnt connect to an agent
Pls.help.

This worked for me and many of us, try it again and follow these steps carefully:

1. Log in with GC Key account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/paste application number from email (including the F) and enter PA's last name
3. City of Birth - enter 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Select PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Do not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Fill out the other application info as per your application and put '2' as the number of members in the application for sponsor + spouse (add +1 per dependents)

Even the city birth with space bar isn’t working

I thought that too at first but it should still work even though the Passport section is "mandatory". Leave it blank and try clicking Continue anyway. See if that works.

Whenever I do so, it keeps going back to the blank space with a red mark.
