Linking Dependent child PR to new or existing CGKET, How?

Hi

i have just received AOR from Sydney processing visa office that my Family sponsorship for my kids have been received and they gave me 3 application numbers separately for each of my 3 kids

i want to link these application to my CGkey, but reading the instruction on CIC on how to check application status, it says u cant resuse existing cgkey.

so, shall i create 3 seperate cgkey for each kids.

please show me how to link or create or even use my cgkey to link it to my kid's PR application

also, i thought the new pilot portal will give u the application status or is it only for submitting the application

please share ur experience

I have one question if any one can help me out I am sponsoring my wife. My wife has two kids with x husband. I have also to kids from my first wife but they don't live in canada and they are not canadian citizen. The IRCC already has information regarding my childers. When my wife has to fill out additional family information form she has to mention my children aswell in the form or not. Thanks
