My previous GCKey has been revoked for some reason and i see the only way is to create a new one and link application to the new account (I hope this is correct)
So i have created a new account, but when i try to link my citizenship application, i selected Category: Citizenship, then it ask me sub-category: proof of citizenship/search of citizenship, and its a required question.
I dont remember i did any of those in my application but it force me to select one. i tried both however none of them gives me my original application.
Also sometimes it says my application number is wrong ( Cxxxxxxxxx) but thats why cic tells me on the email.
I submittd my application in May and i got confirmation email receipt of application in Oct and tells me to prepare for the test, thats the status.
Anyone can help on it please?
