I have a question: Is LINK home study program accepted by CIC for CITIZENSHIP APP?

If you have successfully completed the LINC course since November 1st, 2012, you should have certificate. A copy of this certificate will be OK. Note that completion of LINC before 2008 does not qualify for proof of language ability.

As long as you have the certificate whether you studied coursed from home or in a school is not a issue. Also when you fill up application, click YES to authorize CIC to access to your LINC score..

Does your home study program course led to the certificate? You have to have LINC certificate (CIC does not specify home study issue). So in my opinion, if you have a certificate issued to you should be OK. Otherwise, you will need other proof like CELPIP is the most common for 3rd party CIC accepted language proof..

Yes, certificate will be provided as the home study program started in 2013 and passed level 4 already.

I am currently enrolled in LINC home study program and crossed level 5. Was your certificate accepted by CIC? Did you find any problem?
