Lied on visa application. Help!!!

I did not add that I dropped out of college after 1.5 years and instead I added that I was overseeing a family emergency. The University is Punjab Technical University. Will the VO be able to find my record at that University?

Applying for 2 year diploma at 19.5 years old.

10th - 87%
12th - 82%


I lied that there is a family emergency so I did not enroll in Bachelors yet. The thing is there was one and I never attended the College affiliated with PTU but they kept allowing me to sit in exam for first 3 semester. They obviously seem to be lying about my attendance to the University(PTU). I have given 2 or 3 exams in total and cleared only 1. So, I decided not to tell them that I ever attended Bachelors.

They could not possibly find out right?
