License issues for NOC-1111 SINP

Any body knows ? how can someone get license in SASKATCHEWAN to work as an occupation under NOC-1111 ??

Application submitted without job offer in 2nd Jan-2015.(occupation in demand)
Dear Sir,

I have query related to obtaining License of International Skilled Worker Category (Demand in Occupation) for NOC-1111 (Financial Accountant and Auditors) .

SINP requirement for Financial Accountant Noc-1111 :

1) Require license for NOC-1111 for proof of eligibility to work in occupation of Accountant.

CPA(Chartered Professional Accountant Saskatchewan) REGULATORY AUTHORITY requirement for Financial Accountant Noc-1111 for obtaining License:

1) Applicant should be in Canada .
2) Applicant should be register to our certificate programs name CPA (Prep) or CPA (PEP) after arriving on Canada.
3) Applicant can only be register into our programs once he arrive in Canada.
4) To Join our certificate program , Applicant should be eligible for work.
5) Applicant should pass exams of CPA (prep) and CPA (PEP) for obtaining License of Accountant.
6) Applicant couldn't join our certificate program in Student Visa.

Based on above SINP requirement and CPA requirement for NOC-1111 for obtaning license What is the policy of SINP in this case?? also note SINP require license for the first time in skilled worker program NOC-1111 ? Please define SINP policy in this case how applicant eligible to work in this occupation ?

Hi dear i m still waiting my 2nd review decision... I just experienced that no one can get license from outside canada .. Now decision is totally by luck and depend upon person qualification. If person qualification is good then sinp prefer to nominate without license otherwise they rejected...

By the way, I read online somewhere that unless your occupation is Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant and 1 another, you do not need certification e.g. if you simply do bookkeeping and or Tax returns, you should be fine without licencing.

In which stream have you applied? Keep us updated bro!

You read rite but all CA , CGA and CMA courses should from CANADA. it means you must be already in canada or you can't take even admission to these courses from outside canada. its also rite that book keeping dont need license but they have different NOC. i have applied under NOC-1111 in occupation in demand of Saskatchewan international without job offer in janaury-2015. .. at that time i have only option to apply in NOC-1111. there were no other NOC available for accountant. i will be updated surely...
