Hello I'm applying to be a LIC. I'm currently in canada on a tourist visa I have a positive Lmo so am onto the next stage. However I seem unable to apply online from within canada, the questionnaie wizard keeps telling me I'm eligible for the IEC (I'm not I've just done 2 years). Anyway going to mail it but so I sen it to the New York VAC which on Cic says handles applications for within canada however on there website see no mention of that. Or do I go with my home country of London and hope they will process even though I'm not currently in the country. Any suggestions or advice from experience is great fully welcomed.
Ok so since ive posted this I think i need the new york office purely because it accepts postal orders in Canadain dollars. however trying to find the address on the website keeps sending me in circles. Anyone hav the address for sending aa work permit application would be my savior from going more insane over this than I already am
