LIC Application Recieved 3-in1 kit on Jan-May 2014:What's next after submitting?

Hello guys... i'm the LC2 from Philippines.

Part of the requirement is to provide an NBI. Please advise if I need to provide NBI clearance for my single name and married name... I'm confused with (iii) below:

Original NBI certificate
 Please ensure that the certificate:
(i) Includes the right thumb print and dry seal
(ii) Mentions “Issued for visa Canada”
(iii) Has been issued within the last 6 months
 If any of your identity documents, such as Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, and passports, show another name (including spelling) and date of birth, you MUST submit an NBI certificate issued under your other name and/or date of birth.

when u apply for nbi, your husband's last na,e as well as your single name will reflect in the clearance just like in my nbi...this is the format of my na,e in my clearance: SINGLE NAME de HUSBAND'S LAST NAME, GIVEN NAMES y MIDDLE NAME...c",)

Thanks natsy for the info.... another question please if you dont mind.... in my understanding we will get a cenomar too in nso... since we're married they will provide an advisory of marriage instead.... i assume that we will use our single name in getting cenomar? Thanks again! ^^
