Hi All,

Today, almost 75 days after my landing I received a letter saying that PR Card cannot be issued without acceptable photos and they asked me to send new photos. But I have a flight for July 30th and I cannot travel without my PR Card! Do you think that once I send my new photos again I need to wait another 75 days? or it will be faster? I really appreciate your experience and opinions.

Thanks

Also could you please let me know what "travel Document" is? Can I apply for that one to make my flight? How many days does that one take?

Any help is really appreciated.

it should not take 75 days but you may not be able to get the PR card on time.. what you can do is leave and when the pr card arrives at your residence then ask somebody to mail it to you.

travel document you get from the consulate of Canada in a foreign country...you can leave canada whenever you want..the problem is only while entering canada if you don't have your PR card.

I think another option is to travel to states and enter via land from states with your copr..i am not sure about this route so please conform this with others.
