Hello,
Our team has 5 team members. Are we supposed to receive 5 letter of support from the designated entity? Or there will be only 1 letter of support and all team members enclose the same letter in the PR applicant?

The CC-LOS is a single document about 7 pages. The startup team should be allowed to review this document and propose changes before it is uploaded to IRCC by the designated entity. The last 2 pages also known as letter of support is given to every team member in duplicate. It is 1 letter of support for all team members; as all members are listed in this letter of support.

Thank you so much Roger, your reply is very helpful. That's what we received, a single 7 pages document. So I will just need to duplicate the last 2 pages and ask each team member to include this in their application?

You don't need to pull out from the 7 pages. The designated entity is supposed to send out the LOS (2 pages) separately to applicants. When you upload your document for PR and WP application, you only upload the LOS
