My ex-manager is straight up denying issuing any reference letter for me. I was thinking of getting it from my colleagues (were were at same designation as me) on a plain paper and getting it notarized.
Some people have pointed out in this discussion forum that even notarization of reference letter can lead to rejection if it is on a plain paper instead of a company letter-head. Is it true? Anybody has successful experience in this case ? Any advice ?
