Letter of reference alternative

Hello guys I need, I am into sales job trying to get Ontario Pnp, however I am switching my current job in which I have 6 year work exp. In case my HR refuse to give letter of reference in future what will be the alternative for that, will experience letter does count,
Also shall I take print out of my 6 year salary slip and form 16 as a proof of my employment.
I also have my joining offer letter of year 2010.

You will need something that outlines your job title, your start and end dates, and your roles and responsibilities.

This is on top of any documentation you have to prove your salary.

Hello.I have done masters in electronics engineering but i taught to secondary school as mathematics teacher. Can i apply for canadian immigration? will my experience as a teacher (3 years) give me points?
