letter of ref from superiors!!!seniors ,qorax and all help

hey seniors plzz clarify for my question below,

The personnel officer at my present organization denied to give the letter to include the ‘responsibilities and duties in each position’ therefore I may not be in a position to produce this particular letter. But I do have the other letters from the past employer (3 years service) and present employer (6+ year’s service) like
· Offer Letter
· Appointment Letter with total annual salary plus benefits details
· Confirmation Letter
· Appraisal Letter with annual salary changes
· Award Letters
· Relieving Letter (past employers)
· Service Letter (past employers)

Is the above letters sufficient for the ‘Work Experience’?

Yes, the above letter r sufficient. There can be many employers who do not wish to give us a detailed JD and we do not have a say on that.

So, write the JDs yourself & enclose as many 'supporting docs' as u can to verify your claim. Some of which can be:
1. An Organisation Chart, specifying your position.
2. Business Cards [yours + other superiors, in your chain-of-command].
3. Your written reports, forms, SOPs etc. [job related].
4. And the ones u have already listed in your post.

Also provide an explanation that why your company or it is as per company policy to maintain such confidentiality for which your superior denied to provide you those details . It will support your claims. Best of luck

hey seniors plzz clarify for my question below,

If u are unable to provide the Job responsibilities then file a declaration on Notorised affidavit of RS 20. IO/VO may or may not accept this.
But in my case it was accepted. I Changed 4 jobs. for 2 i had JD on companies' letter hesds. for 2 i had filed notorised affidavit.


Generally Declaration accepted if u working in organisations & companies of repute.
