Letter of invitation validity

Hello,
My sister-in-law is a Canadian citizen, she send me the letter of invitation for my visitor visa application. Can anyone knows what is the validity of the letter of invitation?
It's urgent. Please help.

What do you mean by "validity"? A letter of invitation has no inherent validity.

Letter of invitation should not have an expiration date.. no validity.
Although, it depend on the reason why your sister-in-law is inviting you.

The INVITATION should have proper date and details of ur visit and reason. By showing strong ties to your home country
