Letter of Introduction

Hello guys,

I got my study permit for Canada two days ago in the mail, but didnt receive any email from the embassy about the "letter of introduction". I checked and rechecked my email and also checked the spam folder. However, I still havent received the letter. Without this letter I cannot enter Canada. I have emailed the embassy about it, but it seems it will take them a lot of time to reply back. Please help me.

Hey,

Mine was a paper based application and I didnt open a CIC account. Should I open it now? I already have my passport with the visa stamp and just need this letter. I have emailed the embassy quiet a few times now but have no reply.
