Letter of Introduction(POE letter) not recieved after Study permit PPR

Hi. I got a passport request for my study permit application on 29th december and I should be picking it up in a day or two with the visa. However, I have still not received any letter of introduction. When can I expect it or what should I do to get it? My travelling is quite urgent as my university has already resumed so can I travel without it and would that affect the issuance of my study permit at the Port of Entry? Thanks

Hopefully in a day or two after you get your passport back.

Yes actually it is very important and most likely they will ask you to show. I will not suggest travelling without it. When is your flight tho?

Not booked yet but probably friday or saturday so i dont miss more classes. Is it normal for it to delay or does it always come out after the passport

Personally, i got it the next day i collected my stamped passport. It won't take that long so just wait for a couple of more days.
