Letter of Introduction issued but IEC still pending ??

Hi,
Last week my CIC assessment was approved and I was issued my Letter of Introduction from the CIC. However, in my IEC account it says my CIC assessment is still pending. I'm a little confused because I'm not sure what happens next! Is it possible to enter Canada now that I have received my Letter of Introduction?? Or is my application in fact still pending ?? I really want to book flights but I'm a little worried because of my IEC account saying my CIC assessment is still pending...

Also, I had been requested a police cert from Canada from the CIC (because I spent a year there before). I applied for one, but just before I received it in the post, I received my Letter of Introduction. I received it 2 days later and tried to upload it to my CIC account but it didn't allow me - there was no option to upload, even though it says - police cert, not provided. It says I have until March 17th to upload it, but I can't upload it through my account.
Maybe I no longer need to submit it to the CIC because I already received my Letter of Introduction??? I'm really confused! Please help!

Any information/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance

Sounds like your application got approved. Once you receive your LOI you should be good to enter Canada.
Don't worry too much about the fact that you can't upload the police cert, since CIC might've made a decision on
the information and documents you provided during the application.
IEC still says 'pending'? I wouldn't worry about that either. Did you enter your CIC app# in your Kompass account?
Because that's the only way IEC can verify the status of your application.

Thanks for your reply! Yes I entered it as soon as I got it and it's been a week now since I received my LOI. I sent an email to CIC to inquire about police cert and also a message to IEC regarding the "pending" status. But haven't yet received a reply and am unsure if I even will! So I'm considering just going ahead and booking my flights...? I don't want to wait too long due to expense. And also I just really want to get there soon!

Last time I emailed IEC it took them about 14 days to get back to me. CIC is even worse. Sometimes you don't get a response at all. So if you have your point I'd go ahead and book the flight. Cuz basically that's all you need to get your work permit at the poe.

So I am in the same situation right now. Got my LOI in my MyCIC account, but IEC says pending.
I'll just go for it an enter Canada with that LOI and I won't check with CIC or IEC since I already have my LOI.

Update: LOI received Mar 18th and as of Mar 21st status on IEC Kompass account still says "pending".

I emailed IEC and they said that as long as I have my LOI I'm good to book flights and make arrangements
on coming to Canada.

You guys seem to have a lot of information about the IEC application, I received conditional acceptance, but in finalizing my application I accidentally submitted the wrong Family History form, when I should have submitted form 5645. The only difference between the 2 forms is the one I submitted doesn't include sibling information.

Will this be a major issue?
What can I do to fix this error?

Should I re-submit my application through MyCIC account?

I really want to get this visa and don't want this stupid mistake to ruin my chances. Thanks for you help!!

I am also still waiting for my immigration assessment to be approved, it has now been 5 weeks. Is anyone else still waiting? I'm getting worried now!
