it is safe to say that i have the intention to apply for a PGWP? if i like Canada? or better not?
because i really don't know if will like enough to make me pursue a Permanent Residency.

And when the agents are worried with you staying in canada for a long time, they mean staying illegal? i don't get it.

I don't think it is a good idea to say you will apply for pgwp.
Just tell them how much u love your home country, and you will go home to work after u graduate.
