Guys,

I feel i need to submit a letter of explanation for my work experience, Sibling proof, education etc. In order to do that i have some queries. Can any expert answer my questions.

1. Should i write a separate LOE for each category or should i club everything together.
2. Where should i upload the LOE ?. I dont find a placeholder for this.
3. Can i write a separate explanation for each category and merge them with the respective pdf (keeping the LOE in the first page) and attach them into the respective placeholder.

Kindly clarify.

Hi! I would recommend you to write a separate LoE for each issue, and upload it together, in one pdf file. This way each issue will be explained separately and easily located. You may add a content page, if you have several things to explain. There is a separate LoE placeholder. Sometimes you cannot see it, in this case refresh page or log out-log in, and LoE upload slot will appear. It's a common bug, happened with me too.

I would recommend writing dot points under section headings. Be clear and concise. Stick to the facts and don't add unncesessary detail that might confuse the VO or lead to additional questions. Refer to the documents that you have uploaded that support your statements.

Hi,

I want to submit my eAPR application but really need some help. But there are two differences with my pre-ITA application: I have changed the NOC for my foreign job experience and also changed one year of part-time work to full-time due to my mistake in the pre-ITA application. These changes do not affect my points from my work experience and my CRS. I am wondering if I should attach an LOE to explain these changes or not.

I am worried if not having an LOE might affect my application negatively. Has anyone had any differences between pre-ITA and eAPR applications?

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

If it doesnt affect your points, no need to elaborate. Provide LOE for things you cannot provide or very strange. If you change minor things without effect to points, like IELTS exam date, dont bother. If application form allows, you can edit it. Just check your points to not go below cut line.

Great! Thanks for your response! So I will not attach any LOE.

One more question: for bank statements, should I provide bank statements from all banks that I have any account with, or just one main bank that I am working with is enough? Because I have other accounts with some banks that the balance is zero now and haven't work with them for 1-2 years.

Not sure about banking. Reread their reqs once again. I had just couple of accounts, so nevet questioned that. Cheers!
