Hi all,

I accidentally removed the letter of explanation from my checklist not knowing that it will remove the option completely. Is there a way to get it back as I would preferably like to add the letter of explanation.

Logout from your account
Login IRCC account in incognito mode of browser or clear your browser cache and it will be back.

You didn't remove anything. It was a glitch on the web after the updates. As @shagunsangwan says, log out, clean the cache and log in again.
 
I also have an option for a Letter of Explanation but I do not have any additional info to add regarding our application. What do I need to do? May LOE option says that it is required by Aug 10. Please I need your help.
