Letter of explanation

I do not have reference letter with duties but other proofs are there for duties.so i am attaching all that in my work history placeholder.but in LOE i want to mention( refer to those attachments for further clarifications)) all that as exhibits.what should i do should i attach them in LOE once again and clarify or can i name them as exhibits 1,2,etc in work history and use those while refering to them in LOE .like example

refer to exhibit1 mentioned in work history so and so?
is this correct way of doing

In my opinion, you should prepare a notarized roles and responsibility letter as required by CIC and ask your colleague to sign it... then support the same with all the documents you have....

no no iamnot asking that iam asking where to upload with loe or with work history ,if with work history how to refer to it while explaining in loe
