LETTER OF EXPLANATION (LOE) - FORMAT

Will it be case for rejection if my certificate of employment had a typo? Typo as in it supposed to say 40 hours per week but it said 80 hours per week. It's terrible and I did not notice it before since I've had this document since 2015.
Any one has input on this? Any other documents I can provide as supporting?

Well, I bit the bullet and asked for another copy to correct the typo. I really didn't wanna contact my HR again but I just want to get it over with.
I encourage other people to do the same.

Hey All
My PG work permit got refused last year but after applying it again cic gave me PGWP.Now i am applying for my PR(express entry).
Should i upload a letter of explanation to explain why my PGWP got refused while uploading my file for PR?
If yes,what should i write?
Please advice.

Why was it refused. They refused mine because I didn't upload my official completion letter. They requested it on the account but I failed to check it.
I made another application now with everything attached.
And also did you write an explanation letter?

I have several things to explain myself, so will divide the letter into sections and subsections. Also at the very beginning of the letter, I'll add an index with page numbers.

For example:

1. Proof of relation ............................. 4
1.1 Subsection ............................. 5
1.1.1 Subsection ........................ 6
2. Means of financial support .............. 8

and so on...

Plz can gou send me you letter of explanation so i can also write for myself

Does letter of explanation needs to be signed by both the applicants?
Do we need to upload word format of pdf for Letter of explanation?
