Letter of explanation for students with conditional admission

Hi guys!

I'll be attending one eight-week session English coures before commencing my program of study. Therfore, I am kind of confused how to write my explanation lettre. Like, should I write it like everyone else does and bring attention to the reason I would like to get a study permit or make it completley different?
I have checked out some letters but, unfortunately none of them was for a student with a conditional offer of admission.

What do you advise me to do?

Thats a good question, I have a conditional offer from the program and also the letter of admission from the prerequisite program, do i still need to write a letter of explanation for this?

That i finish a pre requisite program. I have already applied for the pre requisite program and have the letter of acceptance so I was going to send both letters of acceptances with my application.

hi friend, you have 2 kind of letter from same college. Im in same situation, need 2 kind of letter to apply for Visa. How long did you get 2 of them ?
im still waiting for NAIT's reply email to register them

There is a note on the letter of acceptance stating that after successful completion of English program I will be admitted to pursue my academic program (with name and duration of program). So, it is basically one letter of acceptance.

What should I do?

Apply with what you have, normally if they need more info they will contact the school directly. at the same time immigration needs to know when the english program will start for you, so you may want to include that explanation in a letter to them @ Gargarina

@Nghan - the official program acceptance shows the program is for one year and the pre requisite shows its for three months. so immigration should be able to see how long i need it for

I really doubt it does. If you are really concerned contact the school and ask them if they have ever had any issues with students obtaining a study permit if they have a conditional acceptance. Thats the easiest way to find out.
