Letter of Explanation Explaining discrepancy in paystub and letter of employment

Hi Everyone.

So I work at a clinic and a retail store which is owned by a doctor. He was trading as a different name until new franchise took over and he started trading under a new name. However, my paystub still displays the old store's name. Will that be a big issue and how do i write explanation letter for that? PLease please help
