Letter of employment with only NOC#

Hi Everyone,

My employer gave me letter of employment and included everything as asked except for job duties citing company's (Bank) privacy policy.

Can anyone give their advise on this?

Get one from a colleague or manager and notarize it.

Ahh, That would be tough.

Since it's against company's policy to make job duties public, i don't think my manager can provide that information as that would make them liable.

Not having job duties but having everything else is not enough?

Yes with a LOE this may work. Also include job contract, some payslips. Also extract from employee handbook to show the firm's policy on personal references.

Include an official letter saying bank will not disclose job responsibilities if you can. And attach the email chain showing that as well and also that you tried. Since you can't fulfil a minimum requirement due to something legitimately out of your hand, you have to go out of your way to prove you did everything you could to get it. Also what others said - pay stubs offer letter is a must
