Letter of Employment question

Hello All

I am not sure if anyone has encountered this problem but on of my previous employee said they do not address letters TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and that i need an address. Does anyone know which address should go on the letter of employment for express entry

'To whom it may concern' is accurate.

You don't have to write an address and if so, simply write 'To Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada'.
