Thanks.Absolutely right. Just attach the same letter as evidences for both of your jobs that you'll enter in the PR application online.

Since you have around 6 years of experience from your last 2 companies (and you can only claim points for 3 years of foreign experience) for EE so I guess you would be okay by showing only last 2 companies' documents. For other two companies you can delete them from your work experience section in EE profile and keep them under personal history only. You can then explain in an LOE that you can not provide experience letters for those two employers due to the said reasons and since you are not claiming point for them so you are moving them to personal history.Hi, below is my employment history :
A 06/2010 - 02/2011 "( 8 months experience ) - Initially hired me as a Intern 30 hrs/week and then they hired me as full-time employee 40 hrs/week. This company was shutdown a month after I moved out. I could not contact anyone regarding my employment verification letter, I do have internship offering letter and full time offering letter but the letter explains very less of my roles. I only have w2 no pay stubs.
B 03/2011 - 10/2012 ( 18 months experience ) - Initially hired me as a Intern 40 hrs/week and then full time employee 40 hrs/week. I contacted the HR no response. I have a hiring letter for my internship and full-time with less information of my roles. I have W2 and pay stubs.
C 10/2012 - 10/2015 ( 3 years ) - full time 40 hrs/week. received employment verification letter and reference letter and have all documents
D 10/2015 - present - Full time 40 hrs/week, received employment verification letter and reference letter.
My question is since company A is closed and company B is not responding to my email for employment verification letter and with less documents, how can I prove my employment with that company.
Advice and suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thank you,

However, under EE, your 3 years experience is sufficient for claiming maximum points but please make sure once that after removing the experience from first two companies you minimum sore requirement of 67 points is not affected - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html

I really appreciate your response. I already received my ITA, is it possible to delete or modify my EE profile after receiving ITA ? I’m little skeptical to touch it.Since you have around 6 years of experience from your last 2 companies (and you can only claim points for 3 years of foreign experience) for EE so I guess you would be okay by showing only last 2 companies' documents. I understand your concern as I am in same boat too. I have received ITA and is having issue with one job letter. So, I have done thorough research on this and talked to some people as well who have received PR using same approach. I am going to do this in my case too. There are many threads on the forum as well stating the same. So stay assured it is okay as long as your score is not being affected (under which you received ITA) it is completely okay. Just make sure to explain it in LOE as well for clarity of your case officer.I really appreciate your response. To all of you on this page, I had the same issue (3 positions in same company due to promotions). I got my PR under express entry last year. here's what i did: I submitted only one letter and the letter had details of all three positions. The letter was lengthy due to job description ...responsibilities, duties, salary etc of each and every job in the same letter. When I applied, there was different attachment places for every experience you claim points for. Don't know if the system has changed. But I uploaded the same letter in all three attachment spots.
Please be advised, for additional precaution, I got my HR department to sign, date and number every page in the 3 page letter with the company stamp (i worked for a bank in canada and our centrally located HR department in Toronto provided only one letter instead of three different ones for diff positions). Signing every page is not a rule but this ensures that your employer has vouched for every page of the letter and that its not tampered by you. There's no rule that says you have to do this but it was one of my effort to prove the legitimacy.
1- no need for all these if your company just mentions your different positions in the letter. Like the above post i only uploaded one reference letter which had everything.Hello, thats very informative. Thanks
Small query :
1. Is it necessary to show promotion letter ? My company is not issuing one.
But I have the compensation letter for each year (before and after promotion) which doesn't mention designation, and payslips which mentioned designation.
2. If I make an entry, say June 2010 till August 2011 for one role, and September 2011 till May 2014 for promoted role, will they be able to relate that it's the continuation of same j
Concur with the aforesaid- I adopted the same strategy and submitted 1 reference letter for circa 8 years of my experience (with various titles/designations).1- no need for all these if your company just mentions your different positions in the letter. 2- you can upload the same reference letter in both slots
I have experience letter in the same format for last 11 years..holding different positions in the same company..but it doesnt mention salary as it was revised every year or 2.. I have all promotions and salary revision letters alongwith the bank statement..Concur with the aforesaid- I adopted the same strategy and submitted 1 reference letter for circa 8 years of my experience (with various titles/designations).
Just mention the salary drawn for the last position. Please ensure you supply paystubs (atleast 5 or 6 of them for these 11 years).I have experience letter in the same format for last 11 years..holding different positions in the same company..but it doesnt mention salary as it was revised every year or 2.. Not having salary in the experience letter will be an issue?
Thanks in advance..
