Hi,

Co has given me employment Verification Form stating my Title as Technical Support Agent level -II
stating my hourly Pay rate , Full Time status , joining date.
But they say they can't write Job Responsibilities.

And instead of Reference letter , they would provide me a supporting document at the end when i would require it.

So please suggest what should i do.
I am worried.
Have 2 yrs of work permit left and Job Just started a month back.

What will be included in the supporting document? IF duties then you will be fine. Otherwise, can you ask your supervisor to provide you the letter?

What does that mean, "at the end"?

You've worked for one month... Do you have other qualifying experience? If you haven't worked for at least one year, you are not eligible yet. Getting a letter of employment now would be a waste, since it has to be written AFTER you complete one year of work.

I saw someone met this problem and resolved by below way, you can have a try.

one, add explanation letter for any doc you can't supply, because VO only judge your case based on material you supplied.

e.g your HR or boss can't supply the letter with duties, then let then write a explanation letter why they can't supply and signed by them for the explanation letter .

let CIC to call your manager to get job duties detail , in this way.

two, try best to make other doc appeared your duties. I remember it can appeared in some table CIC prepared. or your offer letter maybe .
 
My employer didn't provide me a formal reference letter for CIC as of other candidates. In such situation, I submitted following documents:
1. letter of employment which indicated my job title, joining date, salary, status of employment.
2. a copy of the advertisement for my position from online job posting.
3. a copy of job duties mentioned in my company website.
4. job offer letter.
5. a letter explaining my situation and mentioned why I was unable to provide a formal reference letter from my employer.

I hope you'll be fine with all these documents.
