You must have LMO/LMIA. Letter off employment means to confirm that amount of hours you been workd if it is current or previous job annual salary benifits something like that. Its an experiance letter also. Offer of employment means job offer letter.

I am working for my current employer and LMO from the same employer.

In that case, for Letter of Employment, I should upload
1. LMIA/LMO
2. Reference Letter which gives my experience / salary benefits/ NOC / Hours Worked/ Full time

Please correct me, if I am wrong

And for Job Offer
1. Do I need to provide the old one which I got when I was appointment or the new one stating my job is permanent?

1.your offer of employment is fine, you don't have to upload LMO.
2. Your employer have to write a new offer letter, which mention
Hours per week
What benifits will you get same like offer of employment
Difference is offer of employment is you had those situation and still getting onthe other band , job offer letter is you will get those in future.
