Letter of Admission Not delivered by post for Full Two months !!!!

Hi,
I've applied to ETS Québec, and got admission in Electrical Engineering Master 45 Credits with Industrial Project, but they have sent my letter of admission from November 8th and I got nothing till now !!!
I've contacted them they said please verify you adress, and I told them that it was correct!

Friends, please what should I do ? I can Apply for CAQ online with the scanned copy they sent to me through email, but Can I apply for the study visa with scanned copy ?

On my letter from Concordia it said that I can use the PDF copy send through email for starting my study permit process. Is there anything written like that on your admission letter? You can also contact the VAC near you to confirm.

thank you fahad, I will check with the visa office in Algiers, also I will ask the univ about that I hope it works.

Another thing, I've read on CIC website that one can apply for study permit online, in that case, no paper based format will be needed am I right ? or online application is only for fast track the process ?

If you are applying online then the pdf LOA which you have received from the institute is sufficient. No need to wait for LOA hardcopy.
If you are applying paper base, even then sometimes you can apply by taking printout of that LOA. (Color Printout)

But I am still confused : first for the CAQ (Certificat d'Acception du Québec), in their official website they said even if I apply online I still need to apply with paper based format so according to your experience Can I send a color printout of the LOA ?

For CAQ fter you have filled the online application and paid the required fees you are given a declaration, commitments and authorizations form you need to download it fill it and send it with your recent photo, passport copy and LOA (colored print out) to the address mentioned on the form. You do not need to send your original LOA even if you have the original don't send it.
