Hi guys urgent help for me, we applied UndeR CEC from India on July 2017, today I received an email stating “at most we completed your file, but u need to submit a letter stating that you intend to live outside Quebec , only after this letter we will make a final decision” ...

Please provide me an input is this is normal ? And I am in India but my case processing center is Ottawa. Please provide input from your experience ...

Previously we lived in Quebec through Intra company transfer .

Usually this request is sent to those who are living/working/studying in Quebec. Although you are in India right now it is not odd that the processing officer still wants to know your intentions as you lived in Quebec in the past.

Write a letter and if possible provide proof of your intention to settle in another province.
