when I started filling out the paper work I was unemployed , but I have just received a job offer and will Start next week, do I update it now to
Employed? And a letter explaining I just started working? since I won't have my pay stubs for a few weeks , t should I get my employer to make a letter? Any help would be appreciated

Zakmalik is employed full-time at Zakma Industries and will receive a salary of $1,000,000 per year.

It's a pretty standard letter, just ask HR for a letter of employment. Your signed job offer letter would probably suffice.

Ok thanks a lot, I am not sure if they will give me a job offer letter but when I go to
Fill out paperwork I will ask for a letter

Sorry, when I read "received a job offer", I assumed that they'd sent you something. Basically, whatever you sign as your contract of employment will have all the info they need. If you call them now, they can probably prepare the letter for you to receive when you go in to fill out the paperwork. What type of job are we talking about?

I went for a job interview they called me and told
Me I got the job, that's what I meant by job offer sorry I should have elaborated more , it's a job as a hairstylist , but only part time, but at least it's sometning for when I send the application

This is from my husband's work that I sent to VO.
not exact letter I sent , but like this.

" Name started to work this company from dd.mm.yy. his position is ex. manage of xxx or sale associate etc.
his yearly salary is $x0.000 plus bonus and benefit.
if you have any question , please feel free to contact.
company name, address and phone number.

signed by his boss (owner of the company)"

he typed and printed out by himself then brought to his boss, he(boss) read and signed it.

Ah, as a hair stylist, I'm guessing there isn't much of a HR department. :P

In that case, I'd write the letter yourself and ask them to sign it.

Standard form:
To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to confirm Zakmalik has been employed by Super Zak Cuts since May 4, 2015 on a part-time basis in the position of Hair Stylists Extreme. This position is not probationary.

Zak is currently paid $100 per hour and works 3 hours weekly.

His projected income over the next 12 months is expected to be $15,600.

Kind Regards

Usually Employment Letter Follows the NOC Descriptions but not always.

Although there is no Official Format when you Provide Letter of employment for Spousal Sponsorship.
But Your Job offer Can Contain Following Details

1 your Name and Address,
2 Hourly Wage Rate.
3 Any Overtime Wage Rate if not same as Regular.
4 Hours of work Per Week.
5 Commencement Date.
6 Any Other Benefits like Insurance,Medical etc if Applicable .
7 Job duties.
8 Any Required Formal or Informal Study Requirement for This Job.
9 Type of job(Permanent/Temporary),(Full-Time/Part-Time).
10 Any Probation Period if Applicable.

If you will write Letter for yourself then try to contain all this information.
It should be signed by any Authorized Person from Your Employer.

Best of luck
