Try to reduce the file size by using some online software. It should come down to below the maximum allowed file size.
Thank for the reply. One more question plz. Should the bank statement be sealed or can I print it directy from online banking?

It shouldn't be sealed if you are going to upload it via the e-APR.

Also, make sure that any bank statements have the stamp, seal and/or signature of the bank.

The bank statements should be authenticated, which means that every page of the statement should be signed and stamped by a bank official. The process is really simple, go to your nearest branch and request for a 6 month bank statement. They will print it out for you, sign and stamp on each page instantly. You do not even have to pay cash for the service and the amount shall be debited from your bank account.

Thanks. The Liability letter I got from the bank said it's valid for 15 days... I had got it 3 weeks back. Can i submit this liability letter since I had applied for it after getting the ITA

The documents have to be valid at the time of submission.

+ liability letter if you have loans or credit cards. Note that the liability letter will also list all your account numbers with the bank

They can issue:
- Reference letter (Shows date account was opened)
- Certificate of balance (Confirms balance on a certain date you decide.. Can also show equivalent amount in CAD$)
- Bank statement
Hi,
Did they provide you the reference letter on the bank’s letterhead or on a plain sheet of paper?

Hey guys, has anyone gotten their Balance confirmation letters from Emirates NBD Bank in UAE?

I checked with them and they are unable to provide all the required details like (date of opening, current balance, auto loan balance etc) in a single letter. They have different letters for specific requirements.

Also, they have a set format and none of the letter types include Average Balance. Did anyone face the same issue? What shall i do?

Hello brother. How did you manage to solve this? I am at this stage now and ENBD has only given me bank statements. What did you do in the end to get the letter from the bank? Please advise. Appreciate it.

Hi,
1. Get a reference letter made from ENBD. This will mention account holder's name, account opening date on their letter head. 50AED
2. Current balance certificate. This will mention your account current balance with account number and account holder's name. 50 AED
3. Liability letter. If you have any loans or credit card due's, will be mentioned on this letter. 60 AED
4. Bank statements of last 6 month for average balance letter. Get it stamped from the branch. 20 or 30 AED not sure

Hi, Everyone,

Could you please guide how i should provide documents for my funds in my Emirates NBD account and the general timeline to obtain these documents.
