Letter from CIC

Hello,

When they will process my application, is the letter that i need to send to the MICC in Quebec will be sent to me by mail or email. I put my email in so normally they say that all correspondance will be sent via email. And will they send the letter to the sponsor or the applicant?

The sponsor approval letter may be sent either via email (if you provided an email address) or snail mail. It is hit and miss as to who gets which, so keep an eye out for both. The letter goes to the sponsor.

If you receive it as an email, you have to print it and send it to MICC along with the other forms, proof of status in Canada, proof of residency in Quebec, plus payment.
