The thing i did after my first refusal was..i attached 2 affidavits... in one it was mentioned that my family will support me fianancially when i am in canada and the 2nd was about my course selection and my ducuments....that i did all by myself agent did not helped me with that.... and in both the affidavits i mentioned that i will come back to india after completetion of my course

I recently got a call for medical and submitted it the next day. The day after submitting, my cic account updated and said that I had passed the medical. Does passing the medical or getting a call for medical mean that I will get a visa?

No it means that ur application is still under process. I dont know what they check after medical but clearing a medical does not mean that ur visa is approved. Your profile looks good and u will get ur visa soon. All the best
