Is there anyone who can help me to reapply for visa?
I got rejected by 2 reasons:
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including: (Purpose of Visit)
2. Other reasons: Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and the reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.

My Profile:
I am Pakistani and born in UAE
I have applied for UAE
My 9th and 10th = 47%
My 11th and 12th=49%
Ielts 6 overall
and My Business Management four years=85%
I applied for International business Management pg diploma (northern College pures)

I dont know why they think i won't come back... Maybe i didnot write good SOP.
mostly people get visa with this profile.

Please help me I am going for JAN2018 intake and I got rejection on 13/sep/2017 and i still have time to reapply.....

i hv deferred my classes to jan intake n i got LOA for jan intake. My visa is still in progress! I applied on 23 may for sept intake
So whts the next step now! Shall i contact embassy to inform abt new loa! Or i shall wait for final decision.

Please count the days from 17 Aug when you applied. Moreover, please advise that you applied online or paper application?

Best you get your CAIPS report to understand exactly why you were rejected. If you don't address those issues you will probably get rejected again. In general though it appears the embassy does not believe you have strong ties to your home country and that you are using a student visa as an excuse to live in Canada and not return back to your home country.

Hi guys I applied online on July 5th for student visa extension within Canada and still no updates. Anyone else on the same boat? I'm on my 75th day. This is taking so long how long does it usually take for them to reject applications? I'm starting to lose hope.

I pretend to do a graduate in Niagara College. I did the TOEFL and I didn't reach the mark so they asked me to do a EAP course (English for academic purpose) for having direct access to the College. The situation is : I applied the 22nd of July and I had my two acceptance letter. I don't have yet any final decision, and I am a bit worried because I read somewhere that CIC gives you the study visa (in case that they do it) only for the duration of the EAP but I supposed to have started the 31st of August and the graduate is for January intake. If we suppose that I have the visa approved, does I will have to ask for the extension again in a couple of months, right? But the course ends in December and the college starts in January so... Would that be possible? Could anyone help me with some advise... This thing is driving me crazy... Why are they taking so so so so so long?

I applied on 31st July,my medical got updated on 31st Aug and today my review has started, let's hope we all get positive results soon.

I'm interesting to know, please let me know if you get the answer
